Warcraft Wealth Review: What They Are, Where You Can Get Them, and Why You Would Want "Emblems?"

If you’ve reached level 80 in World of Warcraft, chances are you are well versed in ways to get better gear for your character. Mission rewards, crafted items that you make or purchase yourself from the Auction House, and PvP rewards purchased with marks and honor points are some of the more popular forms. And of course, once you’ve reached level 80, there are plenty of dungeons and raids open to you. However, some of the best gear in the game doesn’t come as a drop, they are purchased using emblems.

So what are emblems?

If you remember level 70 and the Burning Crusade expansion, you may remember earning Badges of Justice as a way to upgrade your gear and access other usable items. Emblems are level 80 equivalent to these badges. Depending on when you reach level 80 and the dungeons or raids you have made, you can have up to four types of emblems:

  1. Conquest.
  2. Heroism.
  3. Triumph.
  4. And Value.

Here’s a look at where you can get these emblems and what you can use them for:

Warcraft Wealth Review de – Emblems of Conquest;

The Emblem of Conquest is the newest form of currency in Northrend. Used to purchase epic level 8 items that are item level 226. If you wish, you can also exchange these emblems for emblems of valor at your quartermaster.

Emblems of Conquest appear in Level 80 Raids that previously dropped Emblems of Heroism and Valor, Ulduar Bosses, and all Level 80 5-Man Heroic Instances.

These include:

  • Archavon the Stone Watcher.
  • Caverns of Time: Sacrifice of Stratholme.
  • Drak’Tharon Fortress.
  • Naxxramas.
  • Nexus: the Nexus.
  • Nexus: the Oculus.
  • Obsidian Tabernacle.
  • Well of Narjun – Ahn’kahet: The Ancient Kingdom.
  • Well of Narjun – Azjol-Nerub.
  • The Nexus: the eye of eternity.
  • The Violet Bastion.
  • Ulduar.
  • Ulduar – Halls of Lightning.
  • Ulduar – Halls of stone.
  • Utgarde – Fortress of Utgarde.
  • Utgarde – Pinnacle of Utgarde.
  • Zul’Drak – Gundrak.

Once you’ve earned enough Conquest Emblems, you can head to one of the many vendors in Dalaran to exchange them for loot. The main armor type that is upgraded to this is the Deadly Gladiator set in the armor type that applies to your character. There are also some other armor pieces available that are not related to this set.

You can also buy;

  • Amulets
  • Armor tokens.
  • Idols
  • Librams.
  • Sigils.
  • Totems.
  • And runic orbs.

Warcraft Wealth Review de – Emblems of Heroism;

Emblems of Heroism are another currency in Northrend. They are used to buy relics and epic level 7 items with an item level of 200.

Unfortunately, Emblems of Heroism is no longer a drop. This means that you are limited to what you had on hand prior to patch 3.2.

However, you can also get them by exchanging your Emblems of Conquest or Emblems of Valor. To do this, you will need to convert your Emblems of Conquest into Emblems of Valor into your Emblem of Conquest Quartermaster. All Emblems of Valor can then be converted to Emblems of Heroism in the Emblem of Valor Quartermaster. Usuri Brightcoin found in the Dalaran underworld can also trade his emblems.

Once you’ve collected enough Emblems of Heroism, you can hand them over to one of Dalaran’s many vendors. Each class can purchase the appropriate Wild Gladiator Item Set, as well as other forms of armor, including Relics.

  • Amulets
  • Relics.
  • Trinkets.
  • And armor tokens.

Warcraft’s Wealth Review – Emblems of Triumph;

Emblems of Triumph are another currency in Northrend. They are used to purchase epic level 9 items with an item level of 232 and above.

Emblems of Triumph can be found on bosses in the 10- and 25-man modes of the Crusaders Coliseum on Normal and Heroic difficulties. You will also receive two Emblems of Triumph for completing the Daily Heroic Missions of Trial of Doom. They can also be found in the Vault of Archavon in 10 and 25 man modes.

Emblems of Triumph are currently the highest emblems in the game and can be demoted to the other three emblems at the appropriate vendors in Dalaran.

Like the other emblems, Emblems of Triumph can be used to purchase rewards, most of which are head and shoulder armor.

They are also available;

  • Rings
  • Throwing weapons.
  • A wand
  • Some amulets.
  • Relics.
  • And trinkets.

Warcraft’s Wealth Review – Emblems of Valor;

Emblems of Valor are the fourth type of currency in Northrend. They are used to purchase epic level 7 items with an item level of 213. They can also be exchanged for Emblems of Heroism.

Like Emblems of Heroism, Emblems of Valor are no longer in the drop shape. However, you can exchange your Emblems of Conquest for Emblems of Valor at your Emblem of Conquest Quartermaster if you wish.

Once you’ve gathered enough Emblems of Valor, you can visit one of the many Dalaran vendors that accept them.

They are used to buy;

  • The Hateful Gladiator’s armor set, among other armor items.
  • They can also be used to buy rings.
  • Relics.
  • Cloaks
  • And armor tokens.
