Six Pack Abs – Six Minute 6 Pack Abs Workout

Many people are under the false impression that they need to spend hours in the gym doing hundreds of reps of sit-ups and sit-ups to get a flat stomach and ripped abs. In this article, I’m going to show you some much more efficient workouts that will only take about six minutes.

There are three levels: beginner, advanced and hardcore. Start with the novice circuit… try it out over several workouts and master it before moving on to the advanced circuit. However, if you feel brave enough… feel free to try the intense training!

Abs circuit for beginners

**This routine is a circuit so you will not rest between exercises. Go from one exercise to another without resting. Do the circuit 3 times and rest 45 seconds between sets.

1. Climber: 30 seconds

2. Lying hip extension 15 reps

3. Birddog 8 reps per side

4. Plank: 30 seconds

Advanced Six Pack Ab Circuit

**This routine is a circuit so you will not rest between exercises. Go from one exercise to another without resting. Do the circuit 3 times and rest 30 seconds between sets.

1. Jackknife Stability Ball 15 reps

2. Dumbbell Renegade Row 8 reps per side

3. Stability Ball Toss 15 reps

4. Alligator drag: 20 seconds

5. Plank: 60 seconds

**This routine is a circuit so you will not rest between exercises. Go from one exercise to another without resting. Do the circuit 2 times and rest 30 seconds between sets.

1. Windshield wipers 10 repetitions per side

2. Hanging Leg Raise 12 reps

3. Windshield wipers 10 repetitions per side

4. Hanging Leg Raise 12 reps

5. Pull-ups in L 12 reps

6. Stability Ball Toss 12 reps

7. Sledge Hammer Slam 10 reps per side

You don’t have to spend all day in the gym to build rock-hard abs, in fact, you can do a great core workout in just a few minutes, as these workouts here today proved.
