Scarsdale Diet 7 Day Meal Plan

The Scarsdale Diet meal plan was developed by a physician and is based on the premise that a low-carb, low-fat diet combined with certain food combinations can result in optimal weight loss. The Scarsdale Diet meal plan produces results that other diets without food combinations cannot.

The following is a basic outline of the Scarsdale meal plan. The Scarsdale Meal Plan can be used in conjunction with recipes (using the given foods) to create a healthy weight loss plan for you to follow.

The Scarsdale Diet meal plan is based on a seven-day schedule. Once you complete the seven days, simply start over from the beginning.

When “Preferred Beverage” appears, you can choose between coffee, tea, water, seltzer (flavored is fine), soda, diet soda, or a calorie-free beverage. Do not add sugar, milk, cream, or honey to drinks. You should only add non-caloric sweeteners such as aspartame, saccharin, splenda or truvia.

Day one:

Breakfast:

Sausages (these must be made with meat and without fillings) with tomatoes

Grilled fish or seafood

Tuna salad made with lemon and vinegar, drain the oil from the tuna if it is canned.

You can add herbs and seasonings (such as salt and pepper or oregano and basil) to any of the Scarsdale Diet meal plan items. In the Scarsdale diet meal plan you can have moderate amounts of mustard, sugar-free ketchup, lemon-vinegar dressing, cocktail sauce or horseradish (although not horseradish sauce).

For the best results, you must strictly follow the Scarsdale diet meal plan. Remember that it is the combination of foods that helps you lose weight too.

For the second week of the Scarsdale diet meal plan, repeat the Scarsdale diet meal plan from week one.
