How to lose weight? – Some diet, exercise and homeopathy tips to lose the extra flab!

“Lose weight” seems to be on most people’s New Year’s agenda. Among 10 people I asked them “what is your New Years resolution, more than 6 people answered that they want to lose weight and get fit! Well, it’s not a bad trend, right? But why nowadays particularly the generation younger admire thinness so much?” ?Ramp models probably have the answer. Size zero is quickly becoming popular and even middle-aged moms are struggling to get into jeans in their twenties. Is it the right thing or do we have to think more?

One thing is for sure: having extra flab in the body is not a healthy sign. Flab means fat, not muscle. Therefore, losing this sagging should be the priority, without a doubt. The lower the activity level, the more one has to worry about sagging. Yes! Read the sentence carefully. Today scientists have found a great positive relationship between health and activity level. Regular exercise, less are the chances of poor health relatively independent of your weight.

But one must also understand here that the higher the weight, the lower the activity level in many cases (due to the inability to move faster) and this further contributes to the high fat content. How to stop this vicious circle? Can?

Fortunately, the answer is YES!

If you were slim, skinny and healthy in your twenties, you have every right to still be in your forties. What exactly is going wrong? Many women think that childbirth is the culprit that contributed to their sagging. Many men think their highly stressful job is the reason. (1) We must follow strict diets if we want to lose weight– The most important prerequisite for idealizing your weight and your health is not to fall for the rumours. You must have seen (or made yourself) many people who are left with just bananas, hot water, soups, or ‘just’ vegetables for days at a time! This is one of the main myths that eating less will reduce your weight. It will not. It will simply weaken your immune system and make you vulnerable to serious illnesses. So first of all, discontinue any such staple diet if you are following it. Our body needs a sufficient amount of all dietary ingredients, including carbohydrates, proteins, fats, minerals and trace elements, in order to cope with wear and tear. Carb-only or protein-only diets can temporarily help lose weight (you also tend to lose muscle mass in the process, not just fat). But once you go off these diets, you tend to gain more weight, because obviously you can’t follow such stipulated diets for life (I hope you don’t, otherwise… hats off!)

(two) Have only 2 full meals per day.– Many elderly people are happy because they feel that we are eating only twice a day and not on a recurring basis. This is another myth that makes us fat. When you leave larger gaps between your meals, you obviously tend to eat a lot more than you can properly digest. Therefore, the excess sugars and proteins tend to turn into fat and deposit under the skin and in the arteries (leading to atherosclerosis)

(3) Eating fat-free diets can reduce weight– remember that fat is also an essential element of the diet. We only need to take it in the stipulated quantity so as not to exceed the limits. I have seen many patients deprive themselves of fat completely. What they get in turn is wrinkled, aged-looking skin. Fat is the natural moisturizer and tonic for your body and is therefore essential. Simply reduce the excess amount you eat and it will not affect you negatively.

(4) Joining the gym is the only way to lose weight– well, here we are not underestimating the importance of gymnastic exercises but let’s not make it the rule. There are many ways to exercise by which you can stay fit. Rather, in many cases, some of the gym exercises are harmful to certain people. People with joint problems and heart disease should be very careful when joining the gym. More than that, the stipulated type of exercises for weeks and months together reduces the interest. Instead, engaging in different types of exercise keeps our motivations alive for longer (this is probably what we need the most). You can jog, swim, dance or ride a bike to get healthy!
