Does your genetics keep you from being ripped and shredded?

There are guys who have been exercising for a while and have seen little to no results in terms of muscle gains. Those guys are beginning to wonder if their fitness model may be breaking or if they are fighting an uphill battle that they will eventually lose. The road to being ripped and torn is definitely filled with a lot of blood, sweat, and doubts.

The funny thing is, most guys who exercise for a long time without seeing results will eventually lose this uphill battle because they have given up hope, they feel like they were treated badly at birth in terms of bodybuilding genetics. The interesting thing about all of this is that most people are not born with what is considered good “bodybuilding genetics”, but what people should know is that with enough hard work anyone can break apart. Yes, it may be easier for others to gain muscle, they may have the perfect body type but what counts the most is not what we are born with or what we are born without, what matters is what we do with what we have.

Some people have a harder time accumulating mass while others struggle to keep their weight down, it seems that everything they eat turns into fat. All of these people can overcome whatever “weakness” or “handicap” they were born with and develop muscular, ripped bodies. This situation is like that of an athlete who is very talented but is lazy and does not train, and a person who is not so skilled but who is very hard-working in that sport, if you were a coach and had to choose who to play with. would play hard worker because he knows it will last and be effective for the full 90 minutes (if the sport is soccer), not someone who will not be useful for most of the game because he cannot keep up just hoping for a moment of brilliance. In muscle building, you are like the hard worker, you are not born with great muscle building potential, but use what you have and make the most of it. We can’t all be Usain Bolt, but if we train hard every day, and consistently, we could run pretty fast and even challenge the Usain of this world if we start out weak.

Before you stop thinking that your genetics are working against you, you should evaluate your diet, many people think they are eating healthy foods that lead to muscle building when in reality they do not, many people trying to gain muscle often eat less that hinders muscle mass gain. Also check that you are training each individual muscle enough and make sure you give your muscles plenty of rest time because muscles don’t grow in the gym, they grow outside of the gym. During your workout make sure you are not lifting weights for which you can do 20 reps for just 10 reps, increase the weight so that the weight challenges you, you have to struggle with that last rep. Don’t have long rest periods between sets; Try to make your workouts intense, you don’t need to spend a lot of time in the gym if you are exercising well.

There are many things that you could be doing that would cause you to not see the growth you want. Adjust your training, don’t give up in the middle of the battle and keep fighting. If you don’t think you will gain muscle and you think your genetics are against you, then you have already lost. Forget about genetics; Think about proper nutrition, pumping iron (experiment with different ranges and rep sets), and cardio and you’re on your way to being ripped apart and ripped apart. If you believe and visualize that you will be shattered and will work hard towards that end goal, it will happen.
